I really think Dortmund can dominate this even without the help of any business something or an arab wealthy man as you can see now Dortmund was close to being a champion but this is just my hint, Dortmund doesn't really want to be champion they likely want to improve players and sell they on a high price, or reasonable price, but right now Dortmund is in preparation on getting potential players aswell, right now there are rumored 2 Naby Keïta, from Liverpool FC, and Edson Álvarez from Ajax Amsterdam, and now that Jude Bellingham has been transferred to Real Madrid they will surely need a replacement,
I agree with that. Dortmund's vision isn't targeting to become champion in the Bundesliga mainly. It is just as you described. However I really wish Dortmund was also bought by a rich person or a group of rich people maybe. Because Bundesliga has been under the dominance of Bayern Munich for 12 seasons. This season was a hope to break this dominance but it didn't happen either. Dortmund just blew their chance in an unbelievable way in the final moments of the season.
This isn't a common thing to be seen in the Bundesliga. Who knows when we would see Bayern Munich this vulnerable again. If they had a real opponent to fight for the title regularly then it would have been more fun to follow the league for me.
