Agree with what you're saying because ultimately it comes down to prestige and what you want to achieve as a coach in the end.
Zidane's situation is exemplary because we know that he has achieved great things and there is no denying that his increased work ethic has really surpassed some other coaches in achievements and even getting 3 Champions League trophies which is rare for any coach to get for his individual achievements.
So this is also a natural thing because of course there are conditions where everyone wants something more than that.
Now another example might be Spalletti from Napoli regardless of the reason he wants to take a break for a while, of course we realize that maybe Napoli there cannot maintain its position in the next season so rather than having to be destroyed there, he prefers to leave on his own and with extraordinary achievements and praise given for the results of Napoli this season.
It seems that the French Football Federation is happy with the job Didier Claude Deschamps is doing in the French national team. Zinedine Zidane desires to coach the national team because he wants to break new records and he has not been given the job. Zidane has achieved almost everything as a player and coach but he has not won any competition as a coach of a national team and I think that is what he is focusing on. I also agree that currently Zidane driving force is not money but honor. If he wanted money, I guess he would have gotten a high-paying job in Saudi Arabia or even Europe.
Now Zidane seems to have had to swallow another disappointment after such a long wait but indeed Deschamps is currently quite liked and even a new contract extension until 2026 has now been confirmed.
So there really is no hope for Zidane if he hopes for the national team and now if indeed if he wants to coach of course the club is a good choice. There is nothing official about Zidane's news right now but in this case my hopes for him back are very big because he is indeed one of the coaches I look forward to.

Ancelotti is not leaving Real Madrid. That has already been concluded. He will continue to be Real Madrid's coach for at least one more season. There was not official offer from Brazil even. Madrid trust him for the work he's been doing and they believe if its best he keeps leading the campaign.
It is true that Ancelotti will remain with Real Madrid for at least another season. I don't know what his future holds, but he is a successful coach with Real Madrid. In addition, Real Madrid's trust in Ancelotti is still the same as before, but if they fail to win the title next season. So change of coach will also be very likely.

Real Madrid tends to expect their coach to be able to win titles every season and they also expect the coach to keep his team performing well throughout the season. This season Real Madrid failed to win several important titles, including La Liga and the Champions League. The Coppa Del Rey is a different title, but it is also the most important part for the coach to stay at Real Madrid in the long term.
With the current conditions I think it depends on Madrid but it's a matter of trust of course they will fully entrust this to Ancelotti if there is a chance for at least 1 next season. However, professionalism must clearly be upheld in this matter, but if you really want to make a breakthrough, especially if it looks like 2024, it is certain that Ancelotti will go to Brazil, then looking for a new coach will certainly be very good, although the consequences will surely come in the end.
