The next season for the competition is going to be really tough because some top Saudi teams have showed interest in many players currently playing in Europe and most of them are satisfied with the offers coming for them. Gradually, the unknown Saudi team is already getting media attention and following after Ronaldo join the Al-Nassr team last season. Many people assumes it’s about money most of the players are joining those teams, if that’s the reason, then it’s still okay. But I’m certain that very soon the league will no more be about that but will be a tough competitive league amongst others.
It is majorly for the money, it cannot be for trophies and medals. But since Saudi has the money and the players need the money, then why not? I like that the Saudi's are not just trying to bring players who are close to retirement  to finish their career in the Saudi league, they are also doing their best to actively attract the young players like Kalidou Koulibaly, Rúben Neves and others. The mix in age is good for continuity.
