Basically, if you believe in Tuchel's quality in building a team, then I'm sure you won't doubt it. Because after all, with Tuchel there is plenty of time to rebuild the team and of course, to improve the team's performance to be as desired as before when it had such good dominance in the Bundesliga. But for me personally I'm sure that Tuchel will be able to do it all well. But what I'm waiting for is whether Tuchel can give Bayern Munich a big chance in the Champions League as well.
This works differently for different coach. Tuchel build a good team in chelsea and earned good record. This achievement was basically on the players signed by Frank Lampard and with the help of former chelsea owner. Tuchel on his own while given chance to sign his own players had challenges.
Graham potter did well in building Brighton team and the team did extremely well in the last season while chelsea with Brighton couldn't perform well because the team want build by Potter. Tuchel can only build a team who's players selection was already made. He isn't good at signing players.
Every coach is having his own strategy and way of work with Thomas Tuchel is one of the best person in this job and his record it also speaks about him, he was doing good job in Chelsea but sadly due to poor decision by new owner of the Chelsea create good mess-up which ends with worst results because Graham Potter completely fail here after having impressive success in Brighton but now most chances we will be having good results for him here in Bayern Munich.
Because, we all know about tradition of Bayern Munich which is having good history and many big players as well which mostly keep their momentum high right now they are facing some problems but most chances they will be settled this with having their targeted striker which is main agenda for them before start of new season and things could be much better than last season.
