Maybe the Arab league is popular since Ronaldo joined there. before that no one even discussed it here. Ronaldo popularity can raise the Saudi Arabian League, it is increasingly known throughout the world, even Ronaldo arrival makes the Saudi Arabian League even more interesting to watch.
To me Ronaldo's arrival has not made the league interesting. It might have made it popular but its the way it has always been before Ronaldo. The league is interesting to people who follow it. I don't even think the viewers of the league have improved that much.
I have never watched a match from the Saudi league and I'm certain a lot of people here talking about it haven't either. I will try to change that because I'm a football fan and I like to keep tabs on different football league. There was a time I was watching the JLeague, till my source became unavailable in my location.
These as the issues those leagues are having. Many people don't have access to their games.
If any league will rub shoulders with the European league its the MLS. They do not have as much money as the Saudis but they are investing heavily in other areas and bringing a lot of players to their league.
At this rate, I believe the Arabs will take over football, but it wont be through their league. It would be through acquisition of European teams. It may take time but with how things keep going its a very big probability.
