This guy is known to always have a bad judgement to the cases he present but why he always escape it? Then didn't get a red trust?

Recent case he made is about Hedgefx while he wrongfully accused two person for wrong doings.

Is this guy really untouchable here?

I'm curious to know why DT members didn't take any action on his case.

While other DT fast to put red trust committed by other who do small mistakes.
