Yeah, that makes other european players are feeling confident to go there. Ronaldo has proven even though he must be playing in the different time zone and season, it's not a big problem for ronaldo. The players can start to adapt with the environment slowly.
That must be the main reason for other players are also interesting to go there. Benzema, kante, mendy, kouliball, ziyech and many more. They are interesting to play for saudi clubs.
They wanna be a part of the extensive projects that already planned by saudi clubs. Im very glad that if ronaldo will not become the only one who played there.
He will be having more friends to come, especially benzema as his best friend once ronaldo was still playing on real madrid,.I hope this will make saudi league to be even better.

I still don't understand the craze surrounding European leagues. The club owners treat their players badly and refuse to release them even for tournaments such as the FIFA World Cup and Copa America. And let's not forget the threats from European clubs when FIFA decided to conduct the 2022 World Cup in November-December. The threat was that they will not allow their players to participate in the tournament, as their league is more important than the FIFA World Cup. Finally the Saudis have put an end to the European monopoly and now their arrogance should be a bit reduced. SPL still has a long way to go, but at this point it is moving in the right direction.

@Sithara007 player’s yet prefer European club’s because of the huge fan following plus known recognition that they get for achieving new records for these clubs. Furthermore while SPL is stealing lot of quality player’s most of them are aged hence the European club’s won’t bother much at least for now but once young stars too start too leave then they’ll go into panic mode and it’ll be interesting to see how they’ll secure their young stars amid interest from SPL clubs.
