I wonder, how can a coach consider the best players in the team to be willing to coach. I'm really not sure a great coach only wants to coach if the team has the best players because after all, a coach's job is to put together a great squad and not put the best players first. But yes, regarding Zidane it seems that at the start of every season it is always a hot topic to be associated with PSG. Because after all, with Zidane's status which is still unemployed and also, Zidane is from France, it is not surprising that Zidane is always associated with PSG as a rich team in Ligue 1.
I heard rumours that Zidane personally does not want to coach any team in France. And so Zidane is not interested in coaching a rich club like PSG. Taking charge of a team like PSG is very difficult. Also in the previous days we have seen PSG's coach management and players impressed. A coach cannot make independent decisions or arrange the squad. Zidane will not be interested in acting subserviently. This could also be a reason for PSG's rejection of Zidane's offer. But if PSG got an experienced coach like Zidane, maybe the team would have been able to play better in the Champions League.
Although there are always rumours in football it is true that Zinedine zidane has stated he would prefer not to lead a team in France. His selection can be motivated by a number of personal factors or a desire to look into coaching prospects outside of his home nation. Being a highly successful and well respected coach it makes sense that Zidane would want for a role where he can exercise significant autonomy and influence over team decisions. given that PSG is a wealthy club with its own well established management system zidane coaching style and philosophy may not be compatible which could result in a lack of interest on the side of both parties. Though it is exciting to consider the impact Zidane might have had on a team like psg given his Champions League success and experience.

You are right. Zidane's coaching style will not go down well with the PSG management. Because we have seen many times in the past that PSG management and players interfered in various decisions of the room. PSG's coach cannot make decisions independently. The coach has to take decisions as per the wishes of the management. Perhaps Zidane would not want to coach a team where his decisions are disregarded. And so even if PSG offers a big amount, the chances of getting Zidane as a coach are very unlikely. PSG management's influence over the squad and players must be minimized. This will make their performance more stable.
Although PSG has received criticism in the past for management meddling in coaching decisions it is crucial to keep in mind that each circumstance is different. Zinedine Zidane who is renowned for his moral integrity and coaching philosophies may have reservations about joining a team where his independence may be infringed upon. Zidane a well regarded and successful coach probably cherishes having the freedom to follow his own plans and come to his own conclusions for the benefit of the squad. It is also important to keep in mind that PSG management might realise they need to have less of an impact on the team in order to improve stability and consistency. If PSG shows a sincere desire to give Zidane the flexibility to lead and make decisions it might foster an atmosphere where both parties can succeed. In the end it will be interesting to watch how the talks proceed and whether PSG can allay these worries and retain Zidane as their coach.
