That's never going to happen so let's operate in reality here. Bringing the players that he needs is not just up to his "freedom". We all know that there is a lot of competition in the market and other big teams would most likely bid for those players that he wants. Another constraint is that he cannot simply throw more millions just so he could outbid others.

Basically, Erik ten Hag was able to form a good squad so that Manchester United had a good performance but unfortunately, Erik ten Hag still couldn't maintain this good performance consistently throughout the season or until the end of the season. But yes, if for example Erik ten Hag is not given the freedom to acquire or bring in new players I am sure that Erik ten Hag can still produce good results. But yes, if it's to win the Premier League title or to go further in the Champions League next season, I personally feel that Manchester United still haven't been able to achieve that success.
That's right, for next season's competition Manchester United still needs to develop and at least be able to show consistent performance in the Premier League and in the Champions League because Erik Ten Hag's biggest challenge is to face clubs who definitely have a pretty good consistency. For Manchester United to win the UCL or Premier League trophy, it is still quite difficult considering the factors that the rivals they are currently facing are not easy, especially to overtake Manchester City and Arsenal, who are currently far above Manchester United. We admit that Manchester United still needs big help and full financial support. The position of Manchester United's attack line is still inconsistent. Rashford needs an experienced partner. But then again, at the moment Erik Ten Hag has no other choice but to take advantage of the players he has available, and if the official ownership of Manchester United goes to Sheikh Jassim I'm sure things could be more easily realized.
