Zidane is not coming to PSG for sure. I actually agree with @asriloni that he is probably going to manage Real Madrid from the next season.
I do neither think Zidane will work in PSG nor in Real Madrid. Clubs are not his favorite choices after massive success with three Champions League in Real Madrid years ago. He is not a coach who is obsessed with management job and he does not feel needs to find a job. He very carefully choose clubs and national teams which he wants to work with. In the last few years, I see the only interest from Zidane is France national team and he will only have to wait till ending of Euro 2024. Then he will see chance to take that job from Deschamps. If France becomes a winner, Deschamps will leave with glory. If France fails, Deschamps will have no reason to stay . Just one more season and Zidane can wait.
PSG will probably have to go with Luis Enrique. He is the best option for PSG right now. In my opinion, I do not see anyone else being more qualified for this job. PSG needs to do a lot of work with their squad. And I really hope that whoever comes as the coach of PSG will actually be given hundred percent of freedom to work with the squad.
Otherwise, if there is any kind of pressure on the manager to keep or not keep any certain player, it is going to be bad for the team.
Enrique will have many things to do to fix weakness and improve PSG squad. He will have to do this with pressure for success, quick success from PSG owners and their fans. People says PSG will change by looking at success of Manchester City with Pep Guardiola. I don't know PSG will have same patience like Manchester City.
