Players leaving the club will have no effect on their form the next season; alternatively, it will relieve the club of its difficulties. This season brings new players, a new coach, and a new game logic. Chelsea will have a better chance of returning to glory if they sign potential exceptional abilities. Todd Boehly will do what he does best: spend huge amounts of money in the transfer window. Mauricio Pochettino will plan his personal XI for league games, and there will be multiple modifications in the Chelsea team.
They should improve themselves because if what was shown the previous season continues then it will be a waste of money that was spent last season and the season that will soon start, maybe they will not immediately challenge for the championship but are targeting to be able to finish in the top four, and what is it will also benefit Chelsea they only need to focus on all local competitions because there is no European competition they will play, if Pochettino is able to build Chelsea quickly what is targeted will be possible to achieve, but before the season starts it is impossible to say they are improving because of what they are doing at the moment this is just preparation to be better.
