contrary to this, it is unlikely that sevilla can afford any major signings with the clubs financial standing and yes, getting champions league football does not change that position. it is left to see if sevilla are able to get quality loan signings, else they would struggle with relegation like the just concluded season
It's difficult to fight in the Champions League when a team doesn't have high-quality players, but in the season that just finished Sevilla were still able to stay in the middle area of the final standings and it's not that close to relegation. But for next season Sevilla will have to fight even harder because they are already in a tougher competition apart from La Liga, because the Champions League is a league for the best teams from several domestic leagues.
How Sevilla performance will be in next season is still unpredictable , if they are ready to make quality signings it will help the club in laliga and Champions league but I'm not sure if sevilla is ready to make such huge expensive to bring in quality players in the club.  If sevilla don't do anything concerning to strengthen their squad, sevilla won't go far in Champions league competition and their performance will be normal like it used to be in laliga and they might end up going back to Europa league again.

Sevilla needs to pick challenge to sign strong players no matter how much it will cost them, by right they are supposed to level up to try to meet up with other trophies not just only the  Europa league. Their target for the season will determine if they go for loan to sign quality players or not. But I just know it won't be that easy for Sevilla next season expecially in the Champions League competition.
