A screenshot showing a chat to live support that still doesn’t have any response doesn’t make sense since your message is unread which means they are not ignoring but rather they just didn't see your chat because it's noticeable that they made a reply to you based on last conversation available on your screenshot.
Sometimes chat messages, support tickets will be stuck as backlogs and need time to be bumped or resolved. If it is in backlogs, it will need more time than usual to be seen and resolved by responsible staffs. Unseen means the user needs to wait patiently or bump it again. It does not mean the casino ignores the message.

I read that reply too and it is frank. The account is under investigation from Duelbits team and need cooperation from the user. I am not sure did the user cooperate with the team and submit required information?

With a big site like Duelbits, they can proceed that amount and they stated it clearly in that reply too. It's just they need to verify things carefully before proceeding it.
