exactly, specially here in the forum duelbits has so much track record and so many comments of users who are happy with their services that it makes no sense to try to burn their image without proof

Most of the casinos face these types of issues where people try to put fake allegations against the team just because they have lost money and then think they can ruin their reputation with these such accusations but forget the casino will have all the vaild proofs against them and they end up gaining nothing out of it at last.
It is normal specially for those rising casino as they are preventing already the abuser and this is the way why they keep coming to ruin the name like Duelbits but of course what happened? the site keep rising as they try to ruin but the effect is obviously opposite .
people will keep patronizing this site because of their loyalty to the players and not just to do business and gather money from the depositors and bettors.

When most of the players are feeling safe and having enjoyable time on the casino without any withdrawal issue alongside cool promotions these fake claims from some people don't matter.In some cases the issue is genuine like withdrawal is stuck but after investigation from the team if they find everything correct they release the payment but for actual frauds that don't have anything to backup their statements they should not matter a lot.
