Economically speaking, the transfer policy and style of Borussia Dortmund has been very profitable to the club's management and that I think has been the reason why they've been repeatedly selling their best players during the transfer windows.
However, I think it's high time they begin to allow their best player to remain at the club for a longer time and help the club win major football trophies. Bayern Munich's dominance in the German Bundesliga is as a result Dortmund's transfer policy
It looks like if Dortmund are able to retain their best players I think it will not be difficult for Dortmund to dominate matches in the Bundesliga but the question is whether Dortmund can retain their best players? while there are lots of rumors that Dortmund still want to sell their best players like Bellingham.
not sure in this summer whether Dortmund can dominate the bundesliga or even just finish as runner up again. but even being runner up is a bit tough.

That's not about Bellingham or Haaland the last season that's about the Borussia Dortmund business they have, Dortmund is a team that grows young talents and then they sell these players to earn money. I think this if they change their plan any time soon.

This plan looks set to continue. Borussia Dortmund has been following this strategy for a long time. They are making a serious profit. They do not want to give up this gain. They wouldn't have sent Bellingham if the Bundesliga title had been their goal.

It seems you have no clue how the business works.
They tried to extend Bellingham's contract, offered him more money as well. But Madrid pays WAY more money than they can offer. Also Bellingham denied to extend his contract, even only for 1 year. He wanted to go to Real.

So, what's better, getting 100+ million or keeping a player that wants to be somewhere else? They learned from Aubameyang and Dembele, if a guy wants to go by all means it's not worth fighting.
