First the price is a joke. What club will spend such expensive cost to buy Theo Hernandez. Remember he is not like a very good player and he is not too young. I know with appearance of Saudi Professional clubs, there are something unprecedented on the transfer market going on but that price is too expensive for Theo.
Second, ATM are not rich in finance and they are tightening and reducing their spending so they will not spend €80 - €100 millions to buy a single player, and not spend such for Theo.
Lukaku has been directly making a negotiation with chelsea at this moment. He wants to stay in intermilan even longer. It seems like the club was not interesting to sell him to the milan but lukaku still insists on surviving in intermilan.
