No it isn't a good deal. If you really want to successfully pull off an arbitrage trade you have to have the currency and coins already at the exchanges. Then you buy and sell at the same time across the exchanges. In this case you can't really do it well because there are 3 trades involved. You also need more market depth, for example you can't really buy .2BTC worth of HTC at @ .000015 BTC, there isn't that much for sale.
You might make gains with your route, but it is a very slow trade and with three trades you only have to have one thing move against you to lose.
