The comparison is absurd. There are no really major and significant differences between BEP-20 and ERC-20. In fact, the preferences should be based on the actual blockchain, instead of the standardization that governs the token. You should have known that the BEP-20 is based on ERC-20, so generally there is no upper hand between the both of them.
Between Bep20 & Erc20, i'll always give first priority to Erc20 as it is more updated and safer than bep20.
