What I mean by difficulty does not mean it is difficult if you lose these three players but it is difficult to find better replacements than Neymar, Mbappe and Messi for next season.
I believe PSG has everything to be able to get great players, it's just that for this transfer season, several other teams have started to take on many great and young players.

PSG for the French League are still the best but for the Champions League they can't do much so they need players who have quality skills to survive in the Champions League next season.

Actually mbappe will still extend his contract with Paris SG so there is still a chance for Paris SG to continue his strong performance even without Messi and Neymar.
I agree that Paris SG will still dominate League 1, but it will be a little difficult to dominate in the Champions League later because only Mbappe can be relied on.

For some reason a club that is strong in its domestic league like PSG cannot do much in the Champions League and this has happened not only to PSG but also to several other clubs.

I feel that from time to time PSG will experience a slump if management does not immediately take action regarding the departure of several of their mainstay players.
