This question doesn't have a straight answer. I have met many ladies that are ready to travel to anywhere because of sex. They can do anything just to be with the one they love. There also women that will not do that. These women don't care much about sex. And the same thing is applicable to men. Some men can travel to anywhere for sex but it doesn't please some men. Travelling to another country for sex is not popular in my country. I have never seen anybody that have travelled to even a neighboring country just for sex. Many people can travel to other states for that in my area.     

Men have a strong sexual drive. Most of them cannot control themselves that is why there are high rate of male rape convicts than female. I also want to agree that women always want the male to show interest first because they are shy to asked first. Lack of sexual satisfaction is now a growing cause of divorce in our society. I heard that in some western countries sex life is reducing, while in developing nations it is increasing  .
