If they are aiming for longer lifespan of their site, they will answer each and every question in a satisfactory manner.
Because if they will just ignore some important queries, I don't think they will survive long in this business.
A lot of these players will just move on and not use their site if they are not very transparent with things.
But as said above, they said they will fix thing one by one, maybe prioritize the vital aspects of the site first.
So let's give them the benefit of the doubt, too early to judge how they will handle their site and improve their services.

And my question is this after you had got serious questions to answer on that thread which should have given you more solutions to moving your casino forward to rendering good Services, why did you delete the content of that thread you created?
