I have different perspective regarding it. It seems like that medium tier club was only taking advantage of the big club. As you can see that if we are rarely seen, big clubs sold its player for such a price while small clubs were always putting non sense price like they have motive to robbing the big club's money. Arsenal is now preparing to send third bid for rice. It's likely the next big gonna touch 100m or westham will be rejecting it again.
Im feeling if arsenal will take rice rather than manchester city. These clubs are the strongest candidate to take rice before transfer season gonna end.
