West Ham is insisting on £100m for Declan Rice shows that English players are absolutely overpriced the club wanted to cash out from his sale, Man City offered £80m with £70m instant payment yet that offer was rejected by West Ham the offer is even better than that of Arsenal who offered £75m payment in four instalments, though Arsenal is will launch their third bid any moment from now  personally I think whichever club between Arsenal and Man City that eventually sign him must have had taken a gamble because he didn't worth that value beside there are quality and better midfielders whose worth is less that of Declan Rice yet can offer better or equal service on the field of play.
Which one you refer better than Rice? almost of good midfielders already joined big clubs, Rice is one of top tier midfielder who's still playing for mediocre club, there's a big change Rice will join big club since it's his dream and West Ham also make good amount profit.

I don't think signing Rice is gamble, this guy have been proven his performance is really stable for 3-4 years in West Ham, unlike other player who's only played good for 1-2 years.
Yes, it is very difficult now to get a quality player, because almost all of them now have a team they will defend next season. Rice is one of the remaining players and it seems that there are still problems regarding the price desired by his current team, which wants this player to be valued at 100, but no team has dared to make an offer according to Westham's desired price. It's only natural that they insist on keeping this player at a high price, because when no team dares to buy them they can still take advantage of their game. But I think he'll soon get a new team, whoever that is.

I also support the Glazers leaving because of course, with a rich businessman like Jassim, of course Manchester United will become a strong team later in the title race. So yes, if the Glazers still don't accept the offer, then surely there won't be any major progress for Manchester United. Even though without Jassim at least Manchester United can still survive in the Premier League standings, but this will not give Manchester United a chance to win the title. Because of course, if Jassim can take over power, of course Manchester United will have the ability to compete well and strongly against Manchester City.

It's not about whether the person is rich or not, but whether he wants to build a good club or not. If Jassim just want fame by buying a club, I think it will be useless. However, so far I look at his seriousness in buying MU, and there are already several plans ready to be executed if he succeeds in buying MU, of course this will be a major reshuffle in the MU staff positions, which may from here have many problems so that the transfer of MU players is not as expected in the last few seasons..
I totally agree with you, that maybe wealth is something that will make it easier for them to do something without any significant obstacles. But that doesn't mean it will bring great success if the owner is not serious about doing things that will bring them more achievements in the future. It's not uncommon for rich teams to be unable to do anything extraordinary with the money they have, they only move in tight spaces.
Seriousness in achieving success is the main thing, and it will be easier if it is supported by stable finances.
