You don't know that Jack Smith leaked it. I think it's much more likely it came from someone connected to the rotating clusterfuck that makes up Trumps legal team. But I don't know either, just like you.

Not true. That's like saying without a body or murder weapon, you can't prove someone is guilty of murder. Each person heard in that recording could provide direct evidence and I would guess at least one of them will be taking the stand. In fact, I would argue that an eye witness that can be heard on the recording corroborates the recording better than physical the physical document. But, wouldn't be surprised if they have the document as well - I don't know though, neither do you.

The audio proves that Trump was either showing US war plans to a reporter that he knew he did not declassify or that he was lying to a reporter to try and make them believe he was showing them war plans. Either way, what an Asshole.
Again, you don't have access to discovery, and even if you did, we're probably months away from discovery even being complete. So cool your jets on the thinking you know everything about the case because you read a few right wing rags that want you to think they know more than they possibly could.
