I am french, and will be going to France in August (not where the cards are).
I am aiming to officially file a complaint to the police about Yogg. (depot de plainte).
Money will not be returned, he probably will not go to jail, but if criminal record will forever be tainted and it will make it hard for him to have a job or start a new business.
If I am right its not 100% decided how to use the funds from the pool. Unfortunately, there are many victims of him..

A really, really gross move by yogg...
cygan paid a considerable sum only to be attacked a short time later. This just goes to show what a disgusting and unlikable person Patrick (yogg) is.I would strongly say that cygan was unaware of all the dealings and yogg had "good" uses for a new CEO in his plan.
So cygan got dragged into it unnecessarily.
But all of yogg's intentions are guesswork, he didn't have balls to make a statement. In reality, he lied to the people who have always been loyal to him.
What we do know is that all our funds on the coldkeys are gone..
