PS : unsure if I've use the right board (investigation) to do my thread and/or if it is allowed.

I had approx .75
BTC invested into coldkey via cards bought, loads, prepayment for cards never delivered and for a loan made directly to coldkey.
While there is a refund pool, it is not enough to barely pay half of what I lost and I am, by far, not the biggest loser.
That said, I do not expect to ever see a full recovery of what I lost. I would like to see a refund for the loan and for the cards never delivered though.
