Yeah  I have to agree with you that there are basically two set of people here, those who actively make meaningful contributions  to the forum even with high and very high ranked accounts and yet have no single interest to join tye earning team, while there are others who are here basically  with the mindset to start earning and which ever category one finds himself, I must say its not bad as one must be an active and creative writer to be earning on the forum and you must agree with me that ranking up on the forum sometimes might be some very difficult  task and it seems discouraging when ones efforts aren't rewarded with merits especially  when the expectations are high.

I don't know how best to put this but I know that so much expectations at the long run always leads to disappointment and my advice to newbie  always is to stay active and make meaningful contributions to the forum without expectations because a good post might not be noticed at the instance and may take some time but there are highly ranked members and staff of the forum that usually does random profile and post review and if luck shines on you and your profile is been remembered, you might not be merited and then miss out, that's why  its always important  to make quality  post.
