Just like gambling is risky without personal documents, doing kyc on all sites is also very risky. So we need to be careful in all cases  If not, problem is certain. It is not possible to do anything good in negligence. So it is foolish to think that we can be completely safe in any case. it is impossible to be completely safe especially when it comes to gambling
Yes, that's correct. We have to be careful when gambling because we have seen a lot of scam casinos out there, so we don't need to try it, especially if we already know that the casino has been a scam for a long time. We must have a list of trusted casinos that we can use for gambling so that we will not be tempted to move to a casino we are unfamiliar with. And if we want to do KYC, we have to ensure the casino is trusted and can take good care of personal documents. And we already have those trusted casinos in this forum to help us stay away from scam casinos.
It is actually safe to gamble anonymously. I know there are still legit casinos out there who demands a KYC but many things could go wrong. It's better to be paranoid than regret later on. There are some casinos which are said to be a scam but still operating. It's crazy but maybe some people still test them out only to prove the statements of the others. If in case they haven't been victimized, I will still not be confident. It could be that the said casino are only doing a selective scamming and maybe they only target gamblers with huge deposits.

Maybe this should help you: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5396543.0 . It's not a list but it's only a normal thread though I see that some replies there are informative.
