Really wierd that Mount left Chelsea ,i was thinking he was gonna be there for a long time. Chelsea keeps on selling players to recover some money that they spent in the last year or so.
It’s not really about the money in this case, I feel the new manager has a list of players he’s ready to work with. He must have told the management the ones he wants to keep for the upcoming season and the little additions he needs to add up to the squad. It is better he left those he’s not interested to work with leave now, it is better for him and also for their own careers.
That's correct. It is better for those old players that Pocettino doesn't want in the Chelsea team to leave and save their careers than keeping them on the bench seat which they won't like.
Chelsea will have a new full team of players by the start of the new season since they are signing precisely as many players as were removed from the Chelsea squad. I really hope Sterling will be among the players that will be sold out from the Chelsea squad. I am unsure of his influence on the Chelsea squad.
