While some casinos are guilty of being opaque about the exact requirements for their bonuses to be cleared, we need to also admit there are a great deal of gamblers out there that simply do not take the necessary time to read the terms of service of the casino and then complain when they are rightfully denied a withdrawal.

And in that case it is clear the casino is on the right, as a gambler needs to always check the terms of every single bonus they plan to claim so they can make sure they comply with every all the conditions put forward by the casino.

No doubt and that's a correct! The laziness on not taking time reading the requirements and what are the rules behind the promotions and bonuses are mostly the case where gamblers are crying out after being denied while trying to cash out their money. On that note, it's agreeable that the house is right in doing the decision as they also protecting their money. There's other side for sure, but in terms of clearly being written inside users and agreement, nothing can be argued about it.
I am not going to deny that I am sometimes guilty of this as well, after all sometimes I do not feel like reading five different pages which detail the exact terms of the bonus I am receiving, however when that happens I often take the time to read the terms anyway the very next day.

However there are many gamblers which never read those terms and that is when things can get complicated for them, as even if they made a good amount of money out of their bonus they may have failed to fulfill all the conditions set in place by the casino, and as such they are not eligible for a withdrawal.
