While some casinos are guilty of being opaque about the exact requirements for their bonuses to be cleared, we need to also admit there are a great deal of gamblers out there that simply do not take the necessary time to read the terms of service of the casino and then complain when they are rightfully denied a withdrawal.

No doubt and that's a correct! The laziness on not taking time reading the requirements and what are the rules behind the promotions and bonuses are mostly the case where gamblers are crying out after being denied while trying to cash out their money. However there are many gamblers which never read those terms and that is when things can get complicated for them, as even if they made a good amount of money out of their bonus they may have failed to fulfill all the conditions set in place by the casino, and as such they are not eligible for a withdrawal.
