PSG are holding on Kylian Mbappe simply because they see a promising future with the players, Mbappe is currently with the club because he's earning massively, although he clears out his mind and wants to exits Parc des Princes. Kylian Mbappe is an outstanding player at PSG, having won the club's most important title, but the Frenchman still yearns for the Ballon d'Or, which he can't win and his chances are slim; he needs to win the UEFA Champions League if he wants to be nominated in the top three positions. I believe it is past time for him to leave the club and pursue a further comprehensible elite team in La Liga to play for; Real Madrid would fit him well, and the club has always included him on their radar.
I saw today that Real agreed with PSG all the points and Mbappe will be a Real player next week, the transfer amount will be about 180 million. It will be a good deal for everyone, Real Madrid will get a great striker that they have been interested in for a long time and for Mbappe it will be one of the best options he had, since he will have a better chance of winning the Champions League with Real than with PSG. This is my subjective opinion, but it will be very funny if PSG win the next Champions League without Mbappe. 
The 2023-2024 season is going to be a top deal for most clubs that did not perform well during the last season and most of them are making use of the transfer windows to bring in the best possible players.

Because I haven't found official news yet if Real Madrid can recruit Mbappe to be added to Real Madrid players.
What I know is that until now, mbappe does not seem to have given any answer to the offers submitted from several clubs or maybe mbappe still feels comfortable at Paris SG or vice versa if Paris SG does not agree because maybe the Paris SG manager will only agree if mbappe is paid a high price really bigger.
