Even maintaining a stable performance will be very difficult for Napoli next season.

So if you look at teams that dominate the top 4 in Serie A like Juventus, of course they will be stronger than Napoli next season. Because Juventus revival point started to look neater last season, but it's just the point deduction which made their situation worse. For Ac milan, I am also not sure that they will be able to do an extraordinary job next season because Tonali departure might have been a bad thing for Ac Milan management to do.
