I've placed my last bet 2 weeks ago on Betnomi, same amount, similar odds and didn't had any problems. Is it just a temporary problem or is Betnomi doing maintenance?
Did you try withdrawing coins from Betnomi website?This is the first time I see message like this, but maybe they limited your account for some reason.
You can try small bet on casino games that use different providers to see if it something connected with BetConstruct who is in partnership with them.
In addition, it would be nice if you could disable this horrible sign-up confirmation mail, where we have to log in into our mail account every time to confirm our logins. It always takes me 5 minutes to log in into Betnomi...
Betnomi is not the only one doing this, but I dont like it also 
Maybe they consider this like security improvement.
