Especially Osimhen's departure is much less likely because the teams interested have to pay at least 130 million euros for his fee.

The amount for Osimhen to be paid for a potential transfer is also going up and down in the media. Sometimes it says 180 million and sometimes it says 130 million. I think that Napoli won't be able to sell him for 180 million as that is too much for him. If he scored close to 40 goals in the season in Serie A alone then maybe it could be closer to the 180 million, but for a strong striker with good scoring statistics, 180 million is too much. Kane's numbers in the Premier League are then better because the Premier League is the more difficult competition I would say also for a striker. But Osimhen to stay in Napoli is also not very likely unless they raise his salary and he has no reason to leave.

Of course the conditions of that time and now aren't the same. Players are getting more expensive in the transfer market now that we see even average level players being signed for really high amount of money.
