I last inquired about Betnomi's affairs about a week ago (asking for the funds they owe me for my sig and regarding the case of one user who contacted me). And I made it clear that if my case is not resolved, then I will have to terminate the contract with them (to which their manager answered me that Sorsis will be online soon and all cases will be resolved). It’s definitely the case when your just a contractor for them on a program as it’s the case with campaign managers on the forum as it is in this case with Icopress, the information you get is is based on the amount of importance they place on the project you run for them and that explains the rather shabby response from there team. although your expected to know much than the forum users.
Still, Betnomi have got a name carved out for themselves on the forum and it would be a shame for them to end it on a bad note which am believing they won’t. In the time being, hope there customers take matters with them in a timely manner.
