The truth is Havertz was, for some reason very hidden from me, a player monitored by Arsenal from a very early age. Indeed he was a promising player from the youth ranks and many today call him a "phenomenon" but although I believe he is indeed a good player, I think Chelsea and Arsenal were wrong to spend so much money on him, that could be better used in another way.
