Its not guarantee with Luis Henrique winning Champion League tittle with PSG although success with Barcelona because main problem in PSG its not head coach but players mentality. Difficult for all manager how to make one teams unity exactly in PSG have many star player and some of them more priority playing as individual than teams.
A big part of PSG's problem is head coach. They have never had a good coach in my opinion. If they had a manager like Pep, even if they might not have won the champions league, they would have been playing better. PSG struggle even against the least team in the league. With the kind of squad they have they should be able to win games comfortably, or at least play convincingly.
The time PSG had a good coach in Thomas Tuchel they got to the final of the champions league.
Another part of PSG's problem is their management. I don't think they understand how to run a football club. The coaches should be given more freedom to choose players he wants the club to buy and players that he doesn't need or want in his squad.
It seems like the minds of management and coaches will forever be out of sync and that could be the worst thing that will happen someday. As we know, so far PSG has only focused on bringing in star players and after that they have continued to make profits through these players. From the coach's point of view, PSG are just pointing fingers and don't really care about the results achieved even though they have spent a lot of money to bring in this star player.
As a team with finances that cannot be underestimated, I think PSG should be able to win the champions league but the problem really is with the head coach who often changes if he feels he is not fit to achieve the target. If PSG could give more time to the previous competent coach, of course they would reach the best level in the champions league and could even win this competition for the first time.
