I don’t think it should be a cause of big concern for anyone. Because I believe a player can be better than the others. But it is also true that some other players might think they are deserving of this type of salary. That's why there might be some problems in the team.
But I think the players should understand that if they perform better, they are actually going to get better salaries in the future as well. Added pressure is something that he might face regarding the fact that he is getting paid so well. But I believe he is actually worthy of that much money and I don’t think he will be performing badly just because of some added pressure.
Arsenal are steadily getting back to structure, and all thanks goes to Mikel Arteta, the players, and, lastly, the supporters of the club. It has not been a straightforward route, but things are improving with numerous instances of improved performance. Salary is one of the most important factors that can derail a player's performance; everyone wants a substantial wage, but they must prove that they are worthy of it, consequently they must improve their abilities. Kai Havertz is a prominent player with extensive experience in football; I am confident that he can help the team in important areas where they are struggling. However, making him earn far more than other players puts other players' jobs in jeopardy.

I actually absolutely agree with the fact that you stayed about the fans of the club. They have actually been very supportive. If it was any other club and they had the same disastrous performance at the end of the season twice in a row, it was going to be a problem for the club. Maybe even the coach was also going to be sacked. But the Arsenal fans are very much patient. They understand that good things does not appear in life suddenly. Hard work and dedication are needed for that.

I understand the fact that Havertz earning more than the other players can cause some problems in the team. But I think it can be a positive for the team as well. If he thinks that he’s getting paid a lot of money and that’s why he should prove himself and perform better, and if he is actually able to do that it is obviously going to be positive for the team.
