Still can't get core clock offsett and memory clock offset to work. I tried with --gpu-coffset, --gpu-coffset0, --gpu-moffset and --gpu-moffset0 , but the clocks always fail

My 4070ti rig is fine, I have a 3070 rig and a 4090 and I keep getting Core clock offset error. Everything set the same, administrator privileges. Please I cant be the only person in the world getting this.
