This seems like another coin killed by exchanges.

It's like exchanges take the money, then take the wallet offline while still staking, and only sell their stakes, and then somehow
end up killing the chain.

If enough stakers just traded among themselves would not need centralized exchanges for these microcaps.  Just use the coins for
something like eBay.

It believe Bitbay is doing something like that.
