Are we talking about the same Chelsea team that was unable to above the top 10 places in the EPL last season? I hope not. Victor Oshimen needs a team that has their shit figured out already. Pochettino is a great coach no doubt but it would take a while before he would be able to hit the ground running even though he is already familiar with how the Premier League works. It's the same way we thought Lukaku would be the perfect arsenal in the toolbox but it didn't end well.

The top PL teams right now I think he would fit perfectly in either Mancity but they have a striker already, Arsenal or Liverpool (Yes, this is a biased pick  )
