They couldn't have ignored all the reports about the non-existent support and pending payments in the last few days. That's why I'm increasingly assuming an exit of em.. the "maintenance mode" has been on the site for over 12 hours now. 
Admins on Betnomi telegram said that they are working on relaunch website with better fully in-house developed platform. Some people received withdrawals and that gives me some hope they will come back and explain everything in forum,
but this is not the first time they are doing this big changes, so maybe they are changing providers and partners again.
