Currently, some rumours say that Lukaku does not want to go to an Arab club and next season still wants him to be in Inter uniform and in this condition Inter also seems to be trying to discuss some conditions for an agreement with Chelsea regarding this player.
Inter still cannot be said to be bankrupt, it's just that the financial constraints that almost all clubs from Serie A have indirectly hamper Inter. Now they are trying to revive talks about Lukaku but Chelsea still want a sale and don't want to loan this player back.
The price of 35 million is the lowest for Lukaku and now if Inter really want to return with Lukaku as an option from Thuram and Lautaro then inevitably they must agree to the clause given by Chelsea.
Honestly I think the best formula for Lukaku is to sign for a Saudi Arabian or MLS team this summer. A move to Saudi Arabia would be much more profitable for him when we think how big offer he can get from there. But it is like there is no team wishing to sign him in Europe lately.
I have heard some speculations regarding Milan but I don't see any official offer. Maybe they are also having second thoughts of this transfer although they are in need of a striker transfer. If we had a much better performing Lukaku now there would have been no way even for Inter to not sign him on a permanent deal.
If we talk about exposure and finance then it would be better if Lukaku was there but seeing from some statements said by Lukaku it seems he does not want to be there and prefers clubs and big domestic leagues in Europe even though his condition is currently a little doubtful but he still wants to be in big competitions.
True, there are some rumours about Milan but it seems Milan are more interested in other players now and there is already Ruben Loftus-Cheek who belongs to Milan and they are currently talking about Odoi and Pulisic.
Now back to Lukaku I think it's just a matter of waiting whether Inter dare to pay 30 + million for Lukaku or not because if they dare then Lukaku will definitely get it.
