The media is only exaggerating the news and maybe they are bored if they just keep discussing Mbappe with Real Madrid, so they make new rumors that are baseless and that go straight to Liverpool. If we think that this rumor is true maybe we will see Liverpool really terrible with Mbappe and that could be the thing that makes teams in the EPL very scared to face him. But indeed, as everyone knows, Mbappe's current transfer fee is more expensive than before and it is likely that no other team, including Liverpool, will dare to bid for Mbappe except Real Madrid.
This is exactly what I am thinking as well, all these rumors about him going to Liverpool seems like a fake news and will probably not happen. We just need to realize that this is just a game between PSG-Mbappe-R.Madrid at this moment and we are just waiting to see which one of them will win this game. I do not know what's going to happen but Real is not willing to pay 200+ million for him, and Mbappe wants at least 150 million to be paid back to him.

So, negotiation should be PSG wanting more from Madrid and/or pay less to Mbappe to leave, and if that doesn't work then we are going to see Mbappe leaving for free next summer and that means he is going to end up not being loved by fans or the management or even the coaches for the rest of the whole season.
