Liverpool are doing their best to strengthen the squad. Several rumors are heard regarding this. A few days ago I heard rumors that Liverpool management is ready to spend 300 million for Mbappe. Now we hear Liverpool wants to sign Osimhen. Liverpool management has a lot of money, and they don't skimp on spending money either. I think it's likely to see either Osimhen or Mbappe with Liverpool's squad. It is likely that the Liverpool management will make an official offer very soon.
Maybe it will only be a rumor, because if Liverpool are really serious then I think Liverpool will only focus on one of them whether to recruit Mbappe or Victor Osimhen. But if I compare the prices, it looks like Liverpool have more chances to recruit Victor Osimhen than Mbappe. After all, apart from big money, at least Mbappe also wants to play in the Champions League, because next season Liverpool will only play in the Europa League. I agree that Victor Osimhen is more likely for Liverpool to get than Mbappe, but regarding going to play in the Europa League I don't think it's a problem because the Liverpool team is a championship candidate team and it's just that last season they were down and of course next season this team will target again to can become a champion and that way it will be very good for Victor Osimhen's career development.
To be able to get Mbappe I don't think it will happen, Victor Osimhen is very possible and very close in my opinion.
Liverpool just playing in the Europa League is automatically going to make some players not to be interested in them. But they still have a great history. Maybe that's why some players still be interested in them. But a player is certainly not going to downgrade himself from the Champions League to the Europa League competition for sure. And that’s why I really don’t think that players like Victor Osimhen and others who are playing in the Champions League are going to be interested in playing for Liverpool right now. Mbappé is absolutely out of reach for Liverpool in my opinion.
