Taxes, what a pain! This seems like a textbook example of "champagne problems," don't you think? It's like griping about the brightness of the sun on a tropical paradise. You're doing better than most people if you can complain about lottery taxes.
If you bet the lottery at a provider or casino that is large and well-established, then tax will not be applied when you get a win because all types of taxes have been regulated and are the responsibility of the provider or casino, except when making a withdrawal, you may be charged but this not like taxes.
So far, I myself have never found any lottery bets that require gamblers to pay taxes when they win and of course taxes like this will be avoided by gamblers.
It's better to find a provider or casino that can really give us an advantage if we want to bet on the lottery so that we are not burdened with tax costs which in my opinion are inappropriate.
