Osimhen is a great player and will be a reinforcement for Chelsea, but there is a problem because Chelsea offered less for the player than his transfer fee and I think if any of the top clubs will offer more, Osimhen will go there. After all, Chelsea will not play in European Cups and this is a big disadvantage for many players.
Osimhen would had been the solution to Chelsea number 9 curse and that's because Osimhen isn't just a prolific player but also an Africans and if there's anything we're known for is proving people wrong. When Napoli bought Osimhen many people said they made a mistake but it finally paid off and if they were to sell him this transfer window, they'll be pocketing nothing less than €120 million because that is Osimhen worth. I won't advise Chelsea to spend that much on him though unless he's willing to join Chelsea even when they aren't playing in the European competitions. This is one reason Chelsea aren't going for top players this window.
Maybe they can delay going after him and wait until next season when we secure the champions league spot then they can go for him, his market value would have dropped by then and he'll have more experience to play at top level. That will be the perfect time to go after him and this time we won't be using money to try to change his mind to play for Chelsea but if we have the champions league slot then he'll want to come to play for other reasons that'll have to do with us winning titles and not just coming to cashout on the money in the club
