Next season, Liverpool are participating in the Europa League despite not playing the Champions League, meaning they have a chance to win the Europa League trophy for the first time. Even if Liverpool competes with Manchester City to win the EPL title, Liverpool may not be able to compete with Manchester City.
Manchester City won the Champions League title alongside the League title last season, meaning they had an equal focus on both titles. Next season too, they may have the same target to win the Premier League title as well as do well in the Champions League. In terms of strength, Liverpool will be far behind Manchester City in terms of winning the Premier League title.
Liverpool are getting ready for the upcoming season by adding some talented players to the squad, their major focus is on the midfield and that’s because they know they have problem in the midfield. The players they added will be a huge boost and playing in the europa league would not be much of a problem. Their Aim will be to challenge for the premier league and the europa league title even though it may be a little bit difficult. They will have competitors also challenging for the premier league title like Chelsea Arsenal and Manchester City as well as Manchester United. So with these four clubs to challenge will be a bit difficult and the title race and top 4 race would be interesting. I can’t wait for the season to start.
