But there is a slightly funny news that I read this morning. I forgot not to save the link. but the point is that Manchester United after receiving rejection from Inter Milan, Man United is currently experiencing a goalkeeping crisis. And maybe Man United panicked a bit. In fact, the news that I read said that Man United asked De Gea not to rush to choose another club. I think it's a little funny because after Man United's treatment of De Gea they are still asking De Gea for something. I laughed reading the news.
De Gea is the one who cause Manchester United let him to leave the team, Manchester United still want to keep him, but De Gea want higher salary. Manchester United don't want to spend more money especially De Gea performance wasn't that good in the last season.
Well even though Inter reject the offer, Manchester United still have plan B to sign other goalkeeper, there are many cheap goalkeepers out there.
Actually De Gea has agreed to extend the contract with Manchester United even with a salary cut in it. But then Man United pulled back the agreement made and replaced it with a new offer, which saw a large number of salary cuts. And De Gea is certainly not happy about this. so he did not sign the new contract offer.
I understand that Man United is having financial difficulties. So that the club was forced to cut more of the salary offered to De Gea. the first cut De Gea Agree. But for the second deduction I think it is not feasible to be done in a short time by the Club. it will definitely hurt De Gea's feelings a little. after the salary is deducted why should it be deducted again.
