Sypoort staff member Eila who is the best support told me to context host provider of the event and told me to view the forum which led me to BC_Panda and so I mesaged them on telegram.
Panda gave me all the info I needed and has been very kind and helpful with fast respond.
Doesn't make sense why to be shown message saying I won if I did not. Maybe error or glitch.
Panda said they contact event host and waiting on respond.
This is a whole new twist to your story. This is looking not too directional to what it is you are talking about. Did you check properly initially to know if you won or not before wanting to claim the reward?
We both checked my UID to see if it was listed as winner but it was not.
. You both don't need to check to know you won or not.
Or could it be a mistake that you got a message for winning ?
Anyway I will suggest you can lock this thread now that you have checked to see you never won what you are trying to claim reward on.
